Store Policy

Products Sold: Parts Icon's online store sells OEM replacement parts and accessories from leading outdoor power equipment brands including Hustler, eXmark, Kohler, Briggs and Stratton, and Kawasaki. We specialize in genuine manufacturer parts to keep your equipment running at peak performance.

Geographic Coverage: We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, or international addresses at this time.

Order Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@partsicon.com. Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours or once the order has been shipped, whichever comes first. Refunds are subject to a processing fee of 2.9% + $0.30, which is non-refundable and will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Return Policy: Once parts are delivered or in transit to the customer, no returns are accepted. All sales are final. The only exceptions are if Parts Icon ships the incorrect part to you or if the item was damaged during shipping - in these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct part or replacement at no additional cost. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@partsicon.com or 717-673-8033 if you received the wrong part or a damaged item.

Shipping: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. We ship via USPS Ground Advantage, with typical delivery times of 2-5 business days after shipment. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
