Refund policy

Return Policy: Once parts are delivered or in transit to the customer, no returns are accepted. All sales are final. The only exceptions are if Parts Icon ships the incorrect part to you or if the item was damaged during shipping - in these cases, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship the correct part or replacement at no additional cost. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at support@partsicon.com or 717-673-8033 if you received the wrong part or a damaged item.
